1. Agreement and eligibility
These terms govern your use of the Zetapad website, waitlist, and any services made available by Zetapad Technologies (“Zetapad,” “we,” or “us”). By using them, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you represent that you have authority to agree on its behalf. You must be legally able to enter into an agreement in your jurisdiction.
2. Early access
Zetapad is in development. Joining the waitlist is free and does not guarantee access, a launch date, a particular feature, or future availability. We may invite people at our discretion and change, pause, or discontinue early-access features. Any additional terms presented with an invitation or purchase apply to that offering.
3. Using Zetapad responsibly
You agree to provide accurate information and use the service lawfully. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or overload the service abusively, impersonate others, or use it to violate anyone’s rights or applicable law. You are responsible for safeguarding any credentials or access provided to you and for activity under your account.
4. Your content and feedback
You retain your rights in information and content you submit. You give us permission to host, process, and use it as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service and fulfill your requests. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit it. If you provide feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve Zetapad without an obligation to compensate you.
5. Our intellectual property
Zetapad and its software, design, branding, and other materials are owned by Zetapad Technologies or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service for its intended purpose while these terms apply. These terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
6. Paid services and cancellation
The waitlist is free. If paid plans become available, the applicable price, billing frequency, and any additional terms will be presented before you purchase. You are responsible for charges you authorize and applicable taxes disclosed at purchase. To ask about cancellation, contact support@zetapad.com. 7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service or ask to leave the waitlist at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary, including to address unlawful use, security risks, or a material breach of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will survive.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for maintaining copies of important information. To the extent permitted by law, Zetapad is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes, disputes, and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We’ll post changes here and provide notice where required by law. If you have a concern, contact us first so we can try to resolve it.
